8. Lemon: Make lemon juice using hot water and keep drinking it throughout the day. Do not add salt or sugar.

9. Asafoetida: Spices like asafoetida, cumin powder, turmeric powder and coriander are very easy to digest. Use them in your meals.

10. Warm water: Drink 7-8 glasses of warm water in a day.

11. Bael fruit: Bael fruit is one of the best natural laxatives of all fruits. It cleans up the intestines of hard stools and relieves constipation.
